Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We're a new design studio starting up with a few key differences in mind.
  
  We have 1 business/marketing oriented person already in place together with a designer. We now seek a programmer that would work on a per-job basis. The programmer should have fair design knowledge as well. Even if you just understand basic code, such as building the site over into quality html,xhtml,css etc then great.
  
  We're also looking for someone with a portfolio, that we can use within our own site to extend our own.
  
  If you're a serious hardcore programmer that doesn't understand design at all, we still want to hear from you too. This would allow us to extend our services.
  
  We need STABLE freelancers that are EASILY contactable and have a good reputation. Timezones aren't really a problem as we can work around them.
  
  WE DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH LARGE COMPANIES OR PROJECT MANAGERS - we want to deal with You, the person doing the work and not referring onto others.
  
  You must have MSN and Skype, as these two methods allow for easy contact. Pricing should be good as we're entering the market. You need to understand this and be flexible.
  
  This is not a salary job, and not a permant employment but merely wanting to get more people involved, so that we can continue to market our services and hand out the projects as we receive them , for you to do the job.

  Lastly, consider that you should have read all of this, anybody copying/pasting crappy replies will be IGNORED and NEVER delt with. If you have read everything here, you'll know what we looking for. Don't waste our time and we won't waste yours.
  
  More information will be discussed once we know who you are. Our domains are registered and our site is just about complete, we now just need the information above to finally complete it and begin all our marketing. We need to be ready!
