  Need a programmer to help move a user-generated content / social networking website from alpha to beta phase by late March, and to handle ongoing needs longer term. Programmer should have extensive experience in building database-driven sites with PHP and MySQL. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also required. Efficient, well-documented code is critical. Estimated time to complete the pre-beta work is 115 hours. Detailed requirements can be provided.
