Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  Need PRO help with several projects:
  
  These are CMS-based sites deploying news, dates, media, alongside some fixed pages.
  
  I'd like to stick with Movable Type, unless there's a convincing reason to use another. One reason might be that it will be a pared down usage. Very simple. Wordpress? I?m also looking into Chyrp.
  
  Immediate need for someone who is excellent at working on unconventional uses of the technology. Problem solver. Original thinker.
  
  Some Ajax experience, with script.aculo.us, is requested.
  Some design acumen.
  Valid XHTML/CSS markup.
  Some Flash AS2.
  Please have work samples.
