Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  We are looking for a PHP programmer who is comfortable with creating NEW wordpress plugins based on our requirements. having plugins you have already built for wordpress will be a bonus but not needed. We have serious demands for custom built plugins and we don't have time to waste so please only respond if you are serious.
  
  Some quick bullet points so you know what we need, please don;t waste our time or your own time if you can't do any of the below:
  
  - Speak clear English and use Skype for voice conversations.
  - You must be the one completing the work, we don't work with companies who outsource the projects to others who can't speak English.
  - You must be very comfortable with Wordpress and developing plugins for wordpress. We don't want someoen who is good with programming but needs to learn wordpress. We are not a charity and will nto pay someone to learn wordpress so it's best you know it already and you will be tested with questions abotu wordpress before being given a job.
  - You must be able to deliver to within fair deadlines or deadlines you give us.
