Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  PHP, MySQL, XHTML, Javascript/AJAX eventually Flash (autoscript)

  I'm starting a projekt making a community.
  I need someone to help me program the site so that I can manage it by myself in the future. And not beeing forced to rely on a programmer to help me each time I want to update something.
  The payment will be discussed while we talk about how much work there will be and so on.
  The projekt is in its first development stages so there is alot to talk about and the projekt will be under development untill me any my partner are satisfied with the result.
  I have very little knowledge in the above programming languages.. I know HTML to a limit.
