Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent. HTML and CSS is a plus.
  
  Must be a total freak about great design, beauty, and especially web usability.
  
• Additional Info

  I'm looking for a pro that can take a basic idea for a feature, and mock-up the feature in photoshop.
  
  Someone that sees the site behavior (how you interact with the site) as part of the design, and knows how to get it right.
  
  Must be familiar with color-palettes, style guides, and how to design in consistent style.
