Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Seeking to build a relationship with a Web Designer / Programmer who is willing to do all work off site for various web projects. Most of the projects would require web designing and development.
  
  Need to be an expert at: JSP/PHP, Dreamweaver, JavaScript, mySQL, Tomcat, Server Side Includes, CSS, and HTML.
  
  Working Arrangement:
  The person will be required to work mostly via email - a rare, occasional meeting may be required. I will email my requirements and coordinate via email, chat etc.
  
  Time Required:
  A few hours a week
  
  Location:
  I am based in Chennai, looking for someone in Chennai or Bangalore.
  
  Response Time:
  Quick response time is expected, within a few hours or overnight, for example.
  
  Compensation:
  I will pay initially on a per project basis, agreed to in advance. Subsequently, I will work out a monthly fixed retainer. Rs 2500 or 3000 per month is what I have budgeted for this.
  
  Payment:
  Can be remitted into the person's ICICI or similar bank account directly by us upon successful completion.
