Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am a freelance programmer looking for work. I have great knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS and some PHP, JAVASCRIPT and flash skills.
  
  I am looking for a designer who requires a programmer to turn there designs into websites. I can create static sites, CMS sites and eccomerce sites.
  
  I can develope a range of systems but also have a great knowledge of some of the best open source systems such as, Wordpress, oscommerce, phpbb and many more.
  
  Please note i am not looking for designers to do work for me as i am not a sales person and do not get much direct work myself. I build relationships with Designers so they can trust a programmer to create the sites how they design them. All designers i work with continue to come back to me for future projects because they like the work i do.
