Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  We've got a solid concept for a Facebook app,
  we need someone who can build it.
  
  Here's a quick break down of the major development tasks for our app.
  
  - Points Engine
  
  This piece is primarily responsible for debiting/crediting points to an object. The design would be for this have a set of functions others can call to do the credit, debit or status check.
  
  
  - Profile Engine/Page
  
  This is simply to maintain an objects profile. It starts with the basic pieces like it's properties but would also need to include the pieces for when we begin to add to it.
  
  
  - Forward/Referral Tracking
  
  I think most of this referral tracking is done via facebook, so what we are looking for is the hooks to credit an object when a referral is made.
  
  
  - Store
  
  This is essentially a shopping cart for your object. We need a way to maintain the catalog, present it to the user for purchase, prepare the order, and then it would make the calls to the points engine and profile engine to complete the transaction.
