  I am looking for someone who is experienced with JSP and Tomcat. The website needs troubleshooting. The URL rewrite is no longer functioning for some reason. I need someone to study the scrip to pinpoint the reason.
  When you go to the site (ratethistune.com) you can see the homepage but almost none of the links (tabs, buttons, etc.) are functioning.
