Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I have started a company based around some new software we have written. We have 2 programmers and a finance guy but no art / design person. I have been sub contracting the design overseas so far and that has gone ok but I would strongly prefer to have a designer working with us. I am looking for someone who can do the artwork, web design, and all general art needs for us. Absolutely no programming is required for this as we have all the programming for everything taken care of.
  
  Since we have some funding we can offer either $ or an equity stake for your work.
