  Im looking for freelance programmer base on projects.
  The application has to be renamed according to our requirements. All the relevant images and
  icons will have be changed to reflect its new name. We will give one sample program icon, you will have to do all the needed icons, images for the apps, toolbar, menu bar etc. Provide windows XP / Vista colours themes (all of them) and have a MS office 2003 toolbar, icons, GUI feel & look.
