Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  My partner and I are creating a social site functioning very similarly to digg.com. We already have a functioning site, but the previous programmer is no longer able to continue.
  
  Potential valuation in the several hundred $ million range. Equity stake offered as the the third member of the team. We are looking for someone proficient in developing scalable PHP, MySQL, AJAX, and able to handle styling and button designing, etc.
  
  We are based in NYC, but open to working with someone remotely.
