Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  mysql, php, ruby. Art Marketplace website that requires user accounts and database driven templates, paypal integration also required.

  Basic art marketplace where users can login and upload images. Other features under wraps, but interesting and not too difficult to produce, can't explain here because it's the revenue model.
  
  Templates have already been coded (and validated) by myself in xhtml/css, I just need a decent and reliable coder (interest in art a bonus) to build the backend system that drives the templates and be responsible for minor maintenance and organic changes during the sites lifespan. Remote partnership on site absolutely fine, or even (possible but unlikely) local here in Tokyo.
  
  Site will run in various languages, not expecting a huge amount of traffic at first so revenues will be low - but steady, escalating to decent revenue for the sites peak then steady revenue with a long tail until sold or closed. Programmer will receive 35% of final sale if sold (unlikely but possible).
