Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

• Required Knowledge

  PHP, Javascript, CSS, PayPal buttons, form coding. I'm looking for a simple form that updates a price based on the selections made within the form.

  I need it to be like www.pureuniquehits.com's form, almost exactly, but with a few tweaks and without using tables (the rest of the site is CSS). This is a very easy job for any programmer with intermediate+ experience. Contact me ASAP, looking to get this done soon (like, today).
