  I am looking for a skilled HTML/CSS coder that can take my PSD files and turn them into coded templates.
  
  Your code must be clean and use modern approaches with menus, columns, etc.
  You HTML must have good semantics and make good use of H1-H6, strong, em, and other elements.
  
  I will have lots of work for someone with good HTML/CSS skills, quick turn-around and reasonable prices.
  I design about 8 sites each month.
