Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We currently have a contract/equity stake opening for a developer with advanced experience in creating Ruby on Rails applications. We are looking for someone to compliment our current Ruby/CSS developer. Knowledge of CMS Mephisto a plus. The company is called Ecolect (ecology + intellect) and is a growing start-up based in San Francisco, CA and Providence, RI focused on the topics of sustainability, green design, and eco-materials.
  
  You enjoy implementing cool features, accepting a challenge, and doing something with your programming skills that benefits our current environmental situation. This is not a full time position. Location preferred in or around San Francisco. Other locations will be considered based on experience level. The ideal candidate will own a piece of the company and be directly involved in its growth.
