Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I need someone with Flash and Ruby skills to assist me with a completing project. Some of the coding is complete however there are still issues.
  
  Project Summary
  The project is a virtual binder. The content for binder should be stored in a database. The content is about 50 pages of plain text, no images. I have all content available.
  
  The binder will be in Flash or a Flash, HTML combo. The design is complete and just needs to connect to a database.
