Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  We're looking for a designer for StreetEasy (http://www.streeteasy.com), a real estate search site in NYC. Our site has significant functionality and we're looking for a design guru that can come in and help us improve the design and functionality of the site. You must be able to take information heavy pages, mock up designs in photoshop and then be able to code these up in HTML/CSS, familiarity with javascript helps. This can be a full time, part time or contract position.
  
  We are only looking for someone that can work in NY with us.
