Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  A programmer is sought to implement the following system in a 6 to 8 week project, with a most definite possibility of further development or long term employment if the initial project work is satisfactory.
  
  The system is designed for generating structured text-based reports that include many repetitive features. Some elements that will need to be implented (in the web browser; preferably with javascript,, would like to avoid Java applets or ActiveX but these could be used if necessary).
  
  Various features are planned, but generally including items like the following:
  
  -Ability to select standard clauses from popup menus
  -Dynamic updating of a list of selected clauses as user selects new ones
  -Ability to drag the selected clauses around in a text edit window to reorder them
  -Ability to create new standardized clauses and save the new standard clauses back to the server (working with our web development team) or load specific sets from the server
  -Abillity to assign other miscellaneous characteristics to the reports through drop down menus and coordination with our web development team
  
  Please submit a proposal including a description of your relevant skill set, examples of previous work including screenshots of GUI elements or actual working web pages, and sample code snippets, a description of how you would plan to execute the above described items from a technical standpoint (such as the abilty to grab and drag around/reorder within a window selected clause snippets) as well as your desired retainer fee and compensation per hour.
  
  Project will begin immediately as soon as someone is chosen.
  Employer Questions: (1) The actual logic involved in the project is not very complex. Skill with non-buggy javascript code and GUI design is more important. Please provide examples of prior work involving excellent GUI design within browsers, preferably with javascript.
  (2) Describe prior experience interfacing with web server software and databases through browser javascript-based interfaces. Our web server development team will assist, but please describe what prior work you may have done.
