Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Project is to build a subscription service site. We will be designing and building the front-end in HTML/CSS/Flash etc. You the programmer will be building the back-end of said site and converting our HTML to asp/php for what we build for the logged in pages. It is up to our discretion whether it is Microsoft of Linux-based, so your expertise could be either PHP or ASP and whatever flavor of SQL you prefer. Site functionality depends heavily upon accessing database and displaying, comparing and crunching the data stored there so expert database skills are a must. Site must be highly secure as it will contain sensitive information from the user so you must be very comfortable with SSL etc. Client wants a hands-on experience during the development process so local to L.A. area is a requirement.
