  Two man technology start-up looking to add a third member to the team. Our business model is the development of web-based applications for small/niche markets that we will rent (the standard SaaS model) to individuals and businesses. We have some very promising projects on paper, and not enough time to make them happen. The ideal candidate should have Ruby on Rails/MySQL experience. Graphic design skills would be very welcome, and OpenLaszlo/Flex experience are icing on the cake! We're offering a percentage of ownership for applications you're involved in bringing to market during a trial-time to ensure we can all work together, and a percentage of ownership in the company for the right team member when found.
  At this time this should be considered a part-time opportunity; our goals our aggressive however, and we want to see rapid growth over the next six months.
