Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We're looking for a designer who is fluent in Flash. The jobs will be simple initially, some banners and animation, but will grow when we have confidence in your demonstrated abilities.
  
  Actionscripting knowledge is a big plus, and working with XML is very important. We will provide you with the detailed breif and any images required.
  
  For a start we need a simple flash banner with 5 images transitioning and some other effects. Each image will be shown for about 5 secs, and blend into the next. Thats it. We will breif you in detail once we know you better.
  
  Please respond with a price and timeline and some sample work if any. We need to know your hourly rates as well. Strong commitment to time and good work ethic is assumed.
