Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have posted before and now need to find more resources due to a surge in work. I am both a designer and developer but now focusing more on the design and interface design side of things. Any project done would be purely done as a developer and often it's to a plan and interface map. I am looking for reliability here as have had issues in the past of people promising but not delivering - if you say a time to do the project I need you to keep to it.
  
  Currently there are several projects I need to look to get quotes on and some are for an existing CMS system and Commerce system which once the chosen developer knows would see them having a good frequent income as these are constantly being developed. I am a partner with several large companies so there is plenty of work to turn around for the right people.
  
  Please can you in responding tell me your hourly and daily rate along with the cost for the most basic of a static 2 page site developed from a photoshop layout.
