Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Looking for someone to help with a site kinda like www.listible.com except it would rank more than websites, and it would rank fairly, independent of an item's popularity.

  I failed made a website like this alone (www.wisdomdb.net). Plan on making it like that only the voting and viewing would be on the same page, and more Ajax.
  I have begun work on a new user interface, you can view that here http://www.wisdomdb.net/newsite/mysliderlayout.html. Soon it will be all ajaxed out and stuff. I really could use some input, I feel I'm not doing soething right...
