Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need to transfer posts and comments from my FusionPHP blogging system to my MovableType blogging system. It's basically taking text from a log file and putting it into MovableType and phpBB. I'd like to sustain the original dates, the original comments, and original posts as they are but I don't know the best way in which to do it.
