Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking to bring on one or two full-time Wordpress developers onto the Rolled Limited team ( www.rolled.at )
  
  We have several large and small jobs for Wordpress and a constant demand to get them done. The position is open to anyone from college/university students to people who are already full-time Wordpress developers.
  
  I'm looking for someone who has a wide knowledge of plug-ins and/or knows some PHP to implement them. If an applicant can actually write their own plug-in's then that's perfect.
  
  Sense of humour required.
