Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a programmer who specialises in PHP/MySQL. Most of my clients require customised ecommerce solutions. I am Melbourne-based.
  
  Ultimately I'd love to get in touch with a freelancer who has mastered PHP but also has an eye for usability and cares about standards and the presentational side of things. I'm looking for someone who is interested in a true partnership, ie. covering entire projects together, from start to finish. Ultimately I'd like to be able to toss ideas around, plan, present and strive for a better result as a designer/developer team.
