Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  C# programmer or expert C++, Java Script willing to learn, .NET 2.0, ASP.NET, AJAX and SQL Server 2005

  I am looking for someone that is absolutely obsessed with coding. Currently one's ability to code is valued above all else.
  Also looking for someone who can complete projects independently without alot of supervision.
  
  Completion of a Coding Challenge is necessary for hire, as well as resume and successful interview process
  
  Full time, start immediately, entry- level(0-4 yrs experience)
