Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  We are building a new social utility that will have some elements similar to LinkedIn and MySpace--all intended to allow people to turn ideas into action. We are just emerging from concept to start up. We are pre vc--and looking for both an architect and a coder. This will involve collaboration and discussion. I am open to an option based or cash based compensation. There is opportunity for the project to turn in to a full time position.
