Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  First project is a rush. I need a programmer who can put together a couple of web pages (including a form page for personal info and a paypal link). I provide the graphics and jpg files and photoshop psd files and take care of the basic look of the site. You make it work.
  
  Basically this is a rush job and the pages need to be up by Oct 23rd. This would give you about 2 days to do it and make sure the form submission works.
