  We're looking to hire an intelligent, self-motivated programmer who has good programming taste and
  knows not only how to make programming decisions but can also identify forces that drive him to make those decisions.
  
  We are a small, profitable internet retailer and one of the fastest growing companies in America.
  We are looking to add a member to our team of four developers who will help the company leverage technology to drive efficiency.
  
  We realize that any technology you currently know could be obsolete in 5 years, therefore what is important to us is your ability to learn new technologies and languages. (And then learn to think in the style of those languages not just port over your old programs to a new syntax.)
