Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  We have a client who currently maintains an online job board using ASP/Access DB (windows server). We are developing a new website for them using PHP/MySQL (specifically WordPress/LAMP server). We would like to be able to display some information from their database (e.g. Job listings) on our site, without dismantling/rebuilding their current infrastructure (i.e. back-end/administration tools).
  
  I am looking for someone who can help us do this in the simplest way possible. (Possible approaches include queries directly to the Access tables, or XML/RSS feed from ASP site to the new WordPress site - or something even simpler that you might be able suggest...)
  
  Next step would involve recreating (or embedding) a very simple forms form the old site to post information to the Access db from the new site.
