Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I have developed a content management system that I will be offering to small businesses. I am looking for a designer that would be willing to partner with me to offer my clients web design options that I will then take and integrate with my CMS. Due to the CMS there are some small parameters that must be considered when developing the site (such as how and where to integrate the dynamic menu, sizable area for the content display, etc). I am not looking for flash develop. You would create the design in Photoshop and then hand the PSD file off to me for slicing and coding. We can discuss terms such as number of comps initially presented, number of revisions, total cost, etc. You would not need to worry about contact with the client as I would take care of all of that. You also would get paid by me on a 1099 (vendor type) basis (still looking into the best way to handle this). If you are interested I would require samples of work, your thoughts on design parameters (comps and revisions) and your price. Your location is not important however I would require a good work ethic (comp turn around in a week or less). I am looking for a designer that would be able and interested in taking on what I hope to be continual business. Please respond if interested.
