Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We are looking for an experienced PHP/MySQL Developer w/ a working knowledge of Facebook apps for an immediate position.
  
  Requirements;
  - 3+ yrs experience preferred
  - Strong Knowledge of database and object-oriented design principles. (PHP5/MySQL5)
  - Ability to work well as a team environment
  - Detail oriented, ability to meet tight deadlines and work on several projects
  - Knowledge of common technologies such as JavaScript/XML/AJAX is expected
  
  Work environment will be fun, laid back, and flexible... as long as we get the job done and meet deadlines. All projects are in-house (we're not a service company). Applicants should be local to Los Angeles, willing to meet face-to-face and able to work from our offices in the near future.
  
  Salary will depend on skill level/experience.
