Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  PHP, Javascript, SQL, AJAX and Javascript libraries (especially YUI and prototype), MySQL, HTML, XML, CSS, Linux, Subversion, CVS, Apache, BugZilla, Unit testing, MVC, and other design patterns

  We're looking for a highly talented, self-motivated, flexible web developer to assist with the various projects we are working on. We are a small, independent software development company that specializes in web applications, primarily for startups and entrepreneurs. Much of our work is on the cutting edge of Web 2.0, with plenty of exciting chances to learn new skills with the latest technologies.
  
  Work will be with a very small, high-energy team - as well as independently - on fast-moving projects. PHP skills are crucial, as well as flexibility to work on projects with varying demands, such as web design, Javascript and AJAX-related development, etc.
  
  The work we do is primarily on a contract basis, where clients come to us with basic development goals, and we bring the project to a deployable state. In addition to this, we also have several homegrown web applications that are continuously worked on.
  
  The ideal candidate would work onsite in our Woburn office, but there are opportunities for working from home. In addition, ideally we prefer full-time candidates, but there may also be possibilities for part-time/contract work.
