  Preferably New York based programmer sought for patent pending project with at least 1 other possibly 3 other individuals. Would like to meet with individual to discuss a News/Entertainment based site that would be database driven and a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) will be required to sign. Never been done before - think social networking before Friendster!
  
  If you are well accomplished, interested, but from outside New York please respond indicating big prior work.
  
  Please no off-shore companies looking for money upfront - this is equity based compensation.
