  We are currently looking for a lead programmer/developer to join our web 2.0 startup which is located in Boca Raton, FL.
  
  We are building a social network geared towards connecting advertisers and content producers from sites like YouTube and providing them with a safe and easy marketplace to complete transactions.
  
  We need someone who is extremely motivated, understands web 2.0, and is looking to join a young startup.
  
  The programmer/developer will receive an equity share for compensation.
  
  Preference will be given based on geographic location (USA PREFERRED)
