Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for someone to design the icon of one of my application: a mac os x menubar item that allow to quickly toggle the security setting (ask for password at wake up or no).
  
  I need only 2 small images (nice and fun!)
  I won't be able to pay for this job (this program will be free), but I am looking for a long term partnership.
  I'm also developping other commercial application, and will need someone for them as well.
