  I'm looking for someone to build a dating site using Ruby on Rails or PHP. The site will contain features like:
  
  -User login/registration
  -Create and edit profiles
  -Add and remove photos
  -Ability to browse and search user profiles
  -Ability to send and receive messages
  -Ajax-based photo album
  -Ability to block and unblock people
  -Ability to change some settings
  -Ability to add additional languages using XML
