Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking to start a business, but I'm not gifted with the skill of design. I'm just an XHTML/CSS programmer. So I'm looking for a designer to work with me to provide websites/website maintainance to clients. Please note that this is going to be a business. Not just a one time job, but a full blown business. We'll be partners, sharing 50/50 of all income (assuming you're designing and i'm coding. if I'm too busy and we get a coding job, you can do it and get 100% of the profit).
  
  Please do not contact me unless you're serious about doing this. It will be time consuming, and about $30-$40 worth of hosting will need to be eventually split between us.
