  Hi There I am looking for a designer to work with me on a project. I will be in charge of the programming aspect and you will be completely in charge of the design. Web 2.0 design techniques would be beneficial. In return for your work you will receive 35% share of the profits generated from the site. It will be myself and you(designer) making the site. No one else will be involved so hopefully we can develop and good partnership
