  Hi there I am programmer based in the UK and I'm looking for a designer to knock up nice templates for sites I have to build.
  
  Would also be happy working on projects where you need a programmer.
  
  The payment will be a sliding scale depending the size of the site. As standard the template will need to be a one page template.
