Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Photoshop and able to Design for Usability first.
  Prefered: Epicenter style design techniques (http://www.37signals.com/svn/archives/000737.php). XHTML. CSS.
  
• Additional Info

  I would like to form a partnership with a designer who knows what they are doing. They need to understand the web and usability. The person should also have a sound knowledge of XHTML and CSS. Most of all, you need a passion for your work.
  
  I am a Ruby on Rails developer and that is what I love doing. I am not great with design and really just want to focus on what I know and love.
