Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  PHP5, Mysql, ASP, .NET, Object Oriented Programming is a must.
  
• Additional Info

  I am looking for someone fluent in English, who is from the US or UK, who is fluent in object oriented programming in PHP and ASP. I have some scripts that will need converted from PHP to ASP. Other languages such as Python, Perl, JSP and other web languages are a plus but not required. If the project goes well, we may have more work for you.
  
  This is a paid project, not free like the thousands of other listings where people are trying to get free work. However, you MUST SPECIFY YOUR RATE in your offer or you will be ignored.
  
  Due to the difficulty of communicating with those whoe reside in countries that lack proper and fluent English, and poor quality of work we have experienced from them in the past, we will ignore any offers from India or other countries where English is not the primary language, no exceptions.
