Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  To start, I need a single icon for my Facebook Application, iBike:

  I want it to be a bike tire -- in the style of the other default facebook icons (very clean). I'm thinking if you make it like a knobby mountain bike tire with a few spokes it'll work best. There aren't many pixels to work with (16x16). Needs a transparent bg.
  
  A larger version (64x64) in addition to the smaller version (16x16) would be awesome.

  Shouldn't take too long to do this. I'd like someone who has illustration experience. I know it's simple...but it'd be great to have it done right the first time.
