Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to get someone to join me in working on a number of projects. I have a high work load turnaround currently and need to expand my resource pool for this. I need high quality work with a good attention to detail. I need full time developers only as the work involved will have strict time frames. IM and Skype availability is also a must. All work must be done using web standards and validating code.
