Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking to create a site based around the same sort of technology used by Amazon Marketplace. Basically, it'll be a website where enthusiasts of this particular type of collectible can buy and sell their items through the website. Multiple sellers will be able to offer the same item, as on Amazon Marketplace. Similarly, the buyer will be able to select which seller he buys from based on the price and condition of the item as well as the seller's feedback score.
  
  The site will need to be tailored to the particular product which has a lot of criteria and variables which you would necessarily have with other products, so if using an existing program it would need to be fairly heavily modified.
  
  The closest script I have found is CubeCart using the In-House Affiliates/Vendors add-on. If someone is able to perhaps modify this to our needs, that would be excellent.
  
  We are online marketing specialists and I personally have a strong background in this particular area of the collectibles industry, so we are confident that this site will be a vibrant and prosperous business opportunity. We are willing to pay a generous dividend of our profits to the person who can help us get this project off the ground.
