I am the performance management expert and my partner is a branding/user experience guru we now need a technical genius to round out the team. The founders are located in Portland, OR and Philadelphia, PA.
We're looking for a web developer to partner with us.
Some qualities we are looking for:
- Web 2.0/Social Networking experience
- Enthusiastic
- Start up experience a plus
- Ability to work with a creative type and a business type
- Like to be on the bleeding edge
- Good experience in web development specifically:
- Web services (SOA)
- .Net or Java or PHP (whichever you're comfortable with)
- Relational database knowledge
Our ideal partner will fill the role of CTO. Initial responsibilities will include assisting in the development of the prototype and business plan creation from a technical perspective i.e. helping us figure out which technology makes sense to leverage based on our desired functionality as well as suggesting new features we may not have thought of.
