Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I need a splash page done just like this: http://arch.usc.edu/
  
  1). you see a red handle that you can grab and traverse the timeline (sliding navigation). I need this functionality.
  
  2). as you move through the time line there are 3 things that happen. the date changes top left, the photo updates top right and there's text/link that changes just above the red handle - as you pass over each photo thumbnail
  
  3). I'll supply the Flash file with photos and graphics and text. You need to use actionscript to make the sliding nav work with the other elements listed in #2 changing when you go over the photo/thumbnail. I've done stuff like this where it's all dynamic and also where everything is on the time line physically. When you reply, tell me a little bit on how you would do this - like xml or external mc's etc.
  
  This project is pretty straight forward so I just need you to give me a time estimate for doing this and cost (a range is ok). It would be helpful if you can show me some of your work via a URL and if possible it would be better if you work for yourself and are available during the day to communicate with.
